Rates:
November-December  $150 night plus taxes and cleaning fee, $899 week plus taxes

January-March 2010    $125 night plus taxes and cleaning fee, $750 week plus taxes

For all stays add 12.5% Tennessee tax and a cleaning fee of  $75.

FREE night and FREE cleaning with one week rental!

Twenty percent deposit (or $200 whichever is more) required with reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival if paid by check. Credit cards have the same deposit and the balance charged approximately one week before your arrival.
